AKW Intensive mixer is used in the production process of graphite electrodes and cathodes
Heating: Direct heating of carbon particles by AKW special electric heater avoids all the shortcomings of uneven heating in traditional processes and greatly improves heating efficiency from about 45% of indirect heating to 92%. Mixing: Raw materials and other components heated to process temperature are accurately fed into AKW Intensive mixer through the automatic batching system. Due to the unique countercurrent mixing principle of AKW Intensive mixer, various components achieve extremely high uniformity in the shortest time.
Cooling: Depending on the electrode forming method, whether it is extrusion forming or vibration forming, the paste needs to be cooled before forming. The paste can be accurately cooled to the preset value through the AKW Intensive mixer and evaporative cooling system. Another advantage is that the paste is additionally kneaded during the cooling process, making the paste more uniform;
Intermediate storage and feeding: The temperature-controlled disc feeder mounted on the load sensor feeds the forming press accurately. Complete preparation system:
The complete raw material preparation system for producing graphite electrodes or cathodes usually adopts batch production, and the production capacity of a single set of equipment is about 2-18T/H
